There are three types of automotive insulation films: dyed film, metal film, and magnetron sputtering film. In order to facilitate understanding, we can divide the types of car films into more details: divided into 6 types.
1. Dyeing film. It refers to the lowest-grade car film. This film is thin, has no heat insulation, and is easy to fade. They are usually found in small shops and are very cheap. It only costs one or two hundred yuan to cover the entire car. "Fading of tooth waist" is its most striking feature. This kind of membrane is generally produced in Taiwan, my country.
2. Coating printing film. It is a unique craft in Korea. Generally thicker. This kind of film has better thermal insulation, but has slightly poor transparency.
3. Ordinary metal film. It is made by sputtering metal on the colorless original film layer. Generally, the metals used are aluminum, iron, etc. This kind of membrane is generally produced in China, India, Japan, the United States, etc. The most common one on the market is this metal film. The composition of the film (usually metal is heated and evaporated and plated on the film base material), but this film has average transparency and average heat insulation, but the price is not low. General beauty shops often use this kind of film to pass off as top-grade film. Many well-known brands are actually just ordinary metal films. Because they entered the market earlier, consumers mistakenly think that this film is a high-end film.
4. Nano ceramic membrane. It is produced based on nano-titanium nitride and a combination of magnetron sputtering technology and metal nitriding technology. It is durable, not easy to corrode, and does not interfere with electromagnetic signals. There is no restriction on the origin. The United States, Japan, and China all have this production capacity. Amber Optical Nano Ceramic Insulating Film is the latest ceramic film (successfully applied for global patent for multi-layer nano ceramic insulating film in February 2001: 6,188,512)
5. Precious metal film. As the name suggests, this kind of film also splashes metal on the colorless original film layer, but the difference is that the splashes are precious metals such as chromium, titanium, and platinum. In addition, the sputtering method of this film is "magnetron sputtering". This is a complex process. The characteristics of this kind of film are natural color, good light transmission and good heat insulation.
6. Magnetron sputtering film. Multi-layer polyester film technology. This is another technological trend for high-end films. Through multi-layer extrusion technology, 240 layers of polyester films are stacked together to make a thermal insulation film that is only 0.05mm thick. It has high visible light transmittance and good heat insulation. , long life, no electromagnetic signal interference and other characteristics.
