1. Anti-wear layer: composed of wear-resistant polyurethane, which can resist friction damage caused by normal scrubbing;
2. PET safety base layer: made of high-strength, highly transparent PET polyester and pigment melt-extrusion biaxial stretching, and dyes can also be added to make varieties of different colors;
3. Metal heat insulation layer: Metal plating is a commonly used heat insulation technology. Nano-scale metal layers with high reflectivity for infrared rays such as aluminum, silver, nickel, etc. are deposited on the PET film through vacuum evaporation or vacuum magnetron sputtering;
4. Composite adhesive: composed of polyurethane adhesive with good weather resistance and high transparency;
5. UV absorbing layer: composed of special UV absorbers, which can block 99% of ultraviolet rays;
6. Transparent PET safety base layer: It is composed of high-strength and highly transparent PET polyester film. The purpose is to sandwich the metal layer in the middle to prevent metal oxidation and extend the life of the metal film;
7. Installation adhesive: composed of acrylic adhesive with good weather resistance and high transparency;
8. Highly transparent PET release film.
